Stop 1 of 4
Ideation
We sit down with your team and work out what the real problem is. Then we come up with options, and we are honest about which ones are not worth your money.
Every product starts as somebody’s rough idea. We’re an Omani studio that helps you shape it, test it, build it, and get it into people’s hands.

Most good ideas die somewhere between the whiteboard and the budget. These are the four stops that get one across. Scroll to come along.
Stop 1 of 4

Stop 2 of 4
Before you commit a budget, we build the riskiest part first and put it in front of real people. It is much cheaper to find out now.
Stop 3 of 4
Now it becomes a real system. Architecture, code, security, and infrastructure that will still be standing on the day everyone shows up at once.
Stop 4 of 4
Launch day is not the finish line. We watch how people actually use it, keep improving it, and leave your team able to run it without us.
One team covers the whole distance, so nothing gets lost in the handover between a strategy firm, an agency, and a dev shop.
We help you decide what to build next, and in what order, so the good ideas do not sit in a drawer.
A facilitated session that turns a vague ambition into a short list of concepts with real numbers attached.
Working prototypes in days. It is the cheapest way to find out whether an idea actually holds up.
Interfaces built around how your people really work, and they work just as well in Arabic as in English.
Mobile, web, data, and connected devices. One team builds the whole thing rather than handing it around.
Infrastructure that scales, reviews that catch problems early, and on-premise setups when data has to stay home.
Three products we came up with, built, and still run today.
We were paying for five different tools just to answer one question: is the app okay?
One SDK and one dashboard for error tracking, analytics, user feedback, and push notifications.
Young Omani creatives had the talent. Nobody had built them a place to be found.
A social platform and marketplace for young Omani creatives and freelancers, properly in Arabic.
Teams wanted modern workplace software without sending their data out of the country.
A self-hosted workplace platform for projects, meetings, room bookings, and NFC attendance.
The teams we build with, on client work, on innovation projects, and around the community here.
With a call. Half an hour, no slides, you describe the problem you keep running into. From there we run a short discovery, usually one or two weeks, where we shape the idea together, and you come out of it with a scope and a number.
Discovery is one to two weeks, validation two to four, and a first build usually lands somewhere between six and sixteen weeks depending on what it has to talk to. There is a decision point at the end of each of those, and you can stop at any of them.
We scope before we price. You get a fixed range after discovery rather than a number invented on the first call, because a number invented on the first call is always wrong and usually in our favour.
Half an hour, no slides. Tell us about the problem you keep running into, and we’ll help you shape it into something real.
